Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns Policy
At Eatsome, we uphold the highest standards of quality control. However, in the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the following return terms shall apply:
1. Eligibility for Return
A return request must be initiated within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of delivery.
The request must be made by contacting our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp or phone at +61 431 574 666, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
2. Return Process
Customers shall be required to submit clear photographs or video evidence of the item and its packaging to facilitate internal quality checks.
Upon verification and approval, a reverse pickup shall be scheduled, and a replacement item shall be dispatched within three (3) to four (4) business days from the date of receipt of the returned item at our designated warehouse.
3. Operational Limitations
In cases where reverse pickup is logistically unfeasible, the customer shall be duly informed, and a replacement shall be initiated in accordance with our standard procedures.
4. Free Gifts or Bundled Items
If the original order includes any complimentary product(s), such items must be returned along with the principal product in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations Policy
1. Post-Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and placed, it shall be deemed final and irrevocable, and no cancellation or refund shall be permitted thereafter.
Exceptions apply only in cases where:
The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, or;
The order is deemed unserviceable due to delivery constraints.
In such instances, the customer will be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement, at their discretion.
2. Orders Refused at Delivery
Orders canceled after dispatch or refused at the point of delivery shall not be eligible for a refund. Such returns shall be processed as per internal protocols, and a wallet credit or coupon code equivalent to the order value may be issued, subject to applicable terms of use.
3. Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders
Eatsome reserves the unilateral right to cancel any order that is suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, a full refund shall be initiated to the original mode of payment within fourteen (14) working days.
Refunds Policy & Exception
1. Damaged or Unfit Products
Should a product be received in a damaged, spoiled, or unfit condition, customers are required to submit supporting photographic or video evidence within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Requests beyond this stipulated period shall not be entertained.
2. Delayed Shipments & Reshipment
If you experience delays or lack of communication regarding your order, kindly submit a support request at info@eatsome.com.au using your registered email ID, and include your Order ID for reference.
In case of non-delivery due to operational challenges (e.g., weather disruptions or local logistical delays), we will arrange for a prompt reshipment with updated tracking details.
3. Extraordinary Circumstances & Discretionary Review
Any exceptional cases or unique grievances shall be reviewed by a dedicated resolutions team.
Eatsome retains sole and final discretion in approving, rejecting, or modifying refund claims based on the merit and evidence provided.

For claims that are approved, the refund amount shall be credited to the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval
